About this site

It’s April 2009……Howzit you guys...

Okay, so as we head forward into the new year there’s a couple of things I’d like to get off my chest……..

Things will get better... they always do…

    believe me, I know.

Contrary to what I hear, Da Kine’s Plate Lunches is still around. Thing is,…we’re like        that favorite Aloha shirt that you misplaced….and then one day, when you least expect it…..BAM!!! Oh wow ”Lau Lau“, its Da Kine’s!!!...

That’s right boys and girls, Moms and Dads….It is Da Kine’s. So, if you’re looking to have a party with some of the best food around, call us at 619-581-5613, or if you’re all ”tech savvy“ you can order online through the website. Just remember, if your order is over $150.00, the delivery is free…..but it is first come, first served... sooooo

”Hurry up and order…..“

ALOHA,

Uncle Nelson and Aunty Belen

Da Kine’s Plate Lunches

Make it a ”Hawaiian Style“ party delivered by

"Da Kine’s".  Order your ”local styled“ foods for your Luau, Birthday, backyard party... or whatever kind of party you want..

If you want something that you don’t see on my catering menu,...ask!  You never know if you never go..." to ask" that is. If you order early enough and before everybody else, well, I’ll tell you that I’ll probably make it for you. "really."

"What are you waiting for?... Hurry up and order!" Uncle Nelson

A fact about O’ahu for the curious….. The Iolani Palace in Honolulu is the only royal palace in the United States.
The last monarch of Hawaii to reside there was Queen Lili’uokalani, who resided there until 1893 when the monarchy was overthrown.

It housed the offices of the Governor and later the state legislature until the current State Capital was dedicated in 1969.
